Pay at the clinic
For a clinic visit, you pay at the clinic after the visit. You do not pay online when you book a clinic visit.
There is no online payment at this time. You cannot pay on this website or in My Pet Avenue.

Know the cost first
See our prices page for consultations, vaccines, surgery, dental care, grooming and more. The prices are in AED. The prices page shows the VAT.
The vet tells you the cost of any extra test or treatment before we do it.
Your invoice
You get an invoice for each visit. The invoice shows the subtotal, the VAT and the total.
You can see your invoices online. Log in to My Pet Avenue and open Invoices.
