This website and the portal belong to Pet Avenue Veterinary Clinic, AMSA 2, Al Barsha South Fourth, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE. When you use them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the portal.

Give us correct details and keep them up to date. Do not share your login codes with other persons. You are responsible for the actions in your account. Tell us immediately if you think that another person uses your account.

A booking request is not final until the clinic confirms it. We can change or cancel an appointment if necessary, for example when a doctor is not available. When this occurs, we tell you and offer a new time.

Changes and cancellations follow the clinic's policy. If you cannot come, tell us as early as possible in the portal, by WhatsApp or by phone.

Do not use a video appointment or an online question for an emergency. If your pet has an emergency, bring your pet to the clinic immediately or go to the nearest emergency vet. A video appointment cannot replace a physical examination. The doctor can tell you to bring your pet to the clinic.

Prices are in AED. The prices on this website and in the portal are for information and can change. The clinic confirms the final price before treatment, and the price can change if your pet needs more tests or treatment.

Do not use the website or the portal for illegal purposes, and do not try to get access to data that is not yours. The content on this website is general information. It is not veterinary advice for your pet.

Our Privacy Policy tells you how we use your personal data and your pets' data.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the Emirate of Dubai apply to these terms.
