How to make a claim
- Before the visit: ask your insurer what your policy covers and which documents it needs.
- At the clinic: you pay after the visit. See payment options.
- After the visit: get your invoice and your pet's medical records from us (see below).
- Send the claim: send the documents to your insurer. Your insurer decides what it pays.
Your invoice
You get an invoice for each visit. You can see your invoices online. Log in to My Pet Avenue and open Invoices.
Your pet's medical records
Your insurer can ask for your pet's medical records. Ask us for a copy and we send it by email. See medical records.
