Questions

What do I need for a video consultation?

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a microphone and a good internet connection. The call opens in Google Meet in your browser.

Can the vet give medicine on a video call?

Sometimes. The vet can give advice and some care. For many medicines the vet must examine your pet in the clinic first, as UAE rules require.

What if the vet says my pet must come in?

Then we book a clinic visit for you. Walk-ins are also welcome every day from 10am to 10pm.

Is a video consultation for emergencies?

No. In an emergency, call us or come to the clinic now. From 10pm to 10am, go to the nearest 24-hour emergency vet hospital.

Not sure if a video call is right?

Send us a message on WhatsApp. We tell you if a video call or a clinic visit is better for your pet.
